Power wheelchair seat function provision is associated with numerous benefits to the end-user, including enhanced functional mobility, health, and participation - leading to a positive influence on quality of life. Permobil ActiveReach is the combination of ActiveHeight (seat elevation) with anterior tilt, using smart actuators to optimally position the end-user for function and participation. Permobil ActiveReach adds an additional dynamic component of function to the seated posture to allow end-users to better access to the horizontal plane in front of them.
