Permobil Academy Cancellation Policy

Activity Cancellation by the learner:
All cancellations must be in writing and postmarked or by dated email at least fourteen days prior to the beginning of the seminar to receive a full refund. After that date, refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Activity Cancellation by the provider:
The Permobil Academy reserves the right to cancel a seminar due to low attendance or unforeseen circumstances.  All attempts will be made to cancel any seminar fourteen days prior to the beginning of the seminar.  Any seminar cancelled by the Permobil Academy where there was a registration fee, participants will receive a refund of the full amount paid for registration.
