What is MyPermobil?

MyPermobil has been developed to strengthen your independence by providing in-app educational resources, battery charge status, automatic error code reporting and seating activity usage data, along with providing you access to some wheelchair settings.

Connecting users and service technicians through a single intuitive platform improves communication and helps you be better prepared for the unexpected. The Permobil power wheelchair is built as a connected product, a highly monitored medical device, from the moment it leaves our factory. This means that the chair can securely send technical information about its status and performance to Permobil, and to the service provider’s Fleet Management portal. This provides them with important information on your chair’s condition to inform the remote diagnostic and service process.
