MyPermobil has been developed to strengthen your independence by providing in-app educational resources, battery charge status, automatic error code reporting and seating activity usage data, along with providing you access to some wheelchair settings.
We know that little things make a big difference. With the new customizable lights feature, you can change the color of your chair's LED lights to suit your preferences while still maintaining the standard light function for safe pathway illumination.
The app analyses real data to provide you with personalized travel range estimates in both hours and distance, alongside the integrated maps in the MyPermobil app, it is even easier to plan your day with confidence.
Connecting users and service technicians through a single intuitive platform improves communication and helps you be better prepared for the unexpected. The Permobil power wheelchair is built as a connected product, a highly monitored medical device, from the moment it leaves our factory. This means that the chair can securely send technical information about its status and performance to Permobil, and to the service provider’s Fleet Management portal. This provides them with important information on your chair’s condition to inform the remote diagnostic and service process.
We know that connectivity raises questions for some around privacy and data use. That is why +Connect is built with clear boundaries that focus on using only the information needed to deliver practical benefits over the life of the chair.
