    M4 Nexa offers 85°–175° leg rest elevation with extension to support leg positioning, comfort, and repositioning throughout the day.

    With a seat-to-floor height of down to 39 cm, M4 Nexa supports access to tables, vehicles, social environments, and transfers, while the compact base improves maneuverability in tight indoor spaces such as doorways, corridors, and bathrooms.

  • Reduced service time

    Improved battery access, protected cabling, fewer components, and efficient seat adjustment using only two Allen keys, simplifies service and reconfiguration.

  • Armrests

    Waterfall armrests flip back and out for improved transfer access, with an easy-to-reach release for independent repositioning and swivel/side-out functionality for alternative drive-control setups, including midline joystick positioning.

  • Nexa Seating System

    The biomechanical seating system is designed to maintain a supported position with minimal displacement as power seat functions are used. The seating system allows for easy and stepless adjustment of seat width, depth and armrest, accommodating changes in body size, posture, function, and lifestyle. Seat depth can be adjusted while the user remains seated, helping reduce interruptions for users as needs change.

  • Active Height gives M4 Nexa up to 300 mm of seat lift.

  • 50° power tilt

    M4 Nexa offers 50° power tilt to support pressure relief, repositioning, and comfort throughout the day.

Seat width, seat depth, and armrest position can all be adjusted without fixed steps, helping accommodate changes in body size, posture, mobility, and daily activities. The seat depth can even be adjusted while you're sitting in the chair, reducing the need for transfers.

With the MyPermobil app, you can view useful information, including battery range, distance travelled and seating behaviour, while personalising your wheelchair with customisable LED lighting that reflects your style.
